Club Sponsorships - NorCal
Unlock sponsorship revenue for your club with digital placements across NorCal.
The Club Sponsor feature lets clubs offer digital exposure in NorCal to generate valuable revenues and strengthen the connection between partners and the club community. Club sponsors are shown in placements connected to both the club and its teams, and this guide will walk you through how to add Club sponsors in just a few easy steps.
You need to be a club admin to add club sponsors. Adding club sponsors is only possible using the website interface — not the mobile app.
Club Sponsorships
Sponsor logos shown across your club and every team page.
When to use it: When you have a club-level sponsor ready to go — register them via the web admin and their logo will appear on your club page and all team pages. Download the Club Sponsor sales PDF and send it to potential sponsors and partners to get started.
Getting started
Log in to the NorCal web application and navigate to your club page. You can find your club under Following in the app's navigation.
1. Tap the Admin button
Tap Admin in the top right corner of the club page. This will open the admin pages for this club in your web browser.
2. Click the Partners link
In the club admin side navigation, click Partners. This opens the Partners page where you can manage both Club Partners and the Livestream Billboard.
Club partner
Club Partners are displayed on the club's page and on every team page in the club. A club can register multiple Club Partners. The club sets the price, manages uploads, invoicing, and payments — all revenues go directly to the club.
3. Click "Add a new Club Partner"
Tap the Partner button to begin registering a new Club Partner.
3.1. Add partner information
- Company or product name
- Description
- Website URL
3.2. Upload the sponsor's logo
The logo will be placed in a container with a white background.
- Valid file formats: .jpg, .png, .gif
- Image ratio: 16:9
- Image size: minimum 720 × 405 px
- File size: under 1 MB
3.3. Click Submit
Hit Save to confirm. The Club Partner is now added and will appear on the club and all team pages.
Livestream billboard
A Livestream Billboard is a static image shown for a few seconds before every livestream from every team in the club. Each club has one billboard slot to sell — either exclusively to a single partner or shared between multiple partners.
4. Click "Add or edit a Livestream Billboard"
Tap the Billboard button on the Partners page to open the billboard upload screen.
4.1. Upload a billboard image
- Valid file formats: .jpg, .png, .gif
- Image ratio: 16:9
- Image size: minimum 1280 × 720 px
- File size: under 2 MB
4.2. Click Save
Hit Save to confirm. The billboard will now appear before every livestream from every team in the club.
