Creating a Post — League Organizers

This guide will walk you through the steps to create and publish a League Organiser post in NorCal.

League Organiser posts are a powerful way to share updates, news, and important information with the people who matter most. These posts appear in the home feed of those connected to your league — including team staff, players, guardians, and fans — and with flexible targeting options, you can ensure your message reaches exactly the right audience.

You need to be a League Organizer Admin to use this feature.

Getting started

To create a League Organiser post, navigate to your league's homepage. You can find your league by selecting the Competitions button in the main navigation at the top of the page.

1. Tap the Posts link in the menu

On the league organiser page, tap the Posts link in the sub-menu to open the Posts section.

This is where all the posts you create will be stored. At first, this page will be empty, but over time it will fill up with all your league's updates and announcements.

2. Click on the + Create post

Click the + Create Post button to open the post creation window and get started.

Choose your audience

3. Choose your audience

The NorCal Communications Module makes it easy to reach the right people with every post. Click on the audience button to reveal all the options available.

The size of your chosen audience is shown in the Publish button at the bottom of the window.

4. Send to All
